THE WAREHOUSE EXCHANGES POLICY
We are happy to process your exchange for any item(s) bought in The Warehouse. Simply bring the item(s) in the store and we will process the exchange on site.
For items bought online, you also can bring them in the store and we will process the exchange on site.
For items bought online and need to be exchanged via shipping, simply follow our returns policy, and use the provided shipping label to return your product(s). Using the label provided will deduct $4.95 from your refund for the returned product(s). Your exchange process can be completed by simply placing another order for the correct product(s) and they will be shipped the next business day.
Merchandise must be in new condition and apparel must have all tags attached and may not be worn or washed.
