THE WAREHOUSE FREE IN-STORE PICKUP 

 

Orders placed using the free In Store Pickup option are fulfilled with available inventory within 24 - 48 hours. Customers can order online and pick up their order in the store.

 

How to place your order:

  1. On the shopping cart page, select Free In Store Pickup for your shipping method.
  2. After your order is processed, you will receive a phone call and/or email notification that your order is ready for pickup.
  3. You may pick up your order during regular business hours.

Is there an extra cost to buy items online and pick them up in store?

There is no cost – In Store Pickup is always free. 

 

When will I get charged for my order? 

Your card will be charged once you place the order and receive your confirmation number. 

 

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up? 

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Check your notification email for store hours. This time may also be subject to change during the holiday season.

 

Where do I pick up my order? 

All orders can be picked up at the store registers. Simply let a Sales Associate know you have an order to pick up by providing your name, and they will be happy to hand it to you.

 

What do I need to pick up my order? 

You will need:

  • Your order number
  • Pickup confirmation email 

If you are unable to print your pickup notification, be sure to have the pickup email ready on your mobile device. 

 

Who can pick up my order? 

Orders must be picked up by the original customer who purchased the order unless an alternative pickup person was added prior to placing the order. To add an alternate pickup person, you will need to add the First Name, Last Name and Email Address (optional) of the person who will pick up the order in the notes field.

 

How long will my order be held at the store? 

Your order will be held for 60 days. Once it has reached 60 days, your order will be donated and a refund will not be provided. We understand that things happen, and you may not be able to pick up your order within pickup window. If you need to extend the date past this window, please contact us.
