THE WAREHOUSE SHIPPING POLICY 

The Warehouse provides you with several shipping methods through FedEx to guarantee the arrival of your Aggie gifts and apparel in a timely manner.   
 
Shipping Options:   

  • FedEx Ground/Sure Post $10.95
  • FedEx 2nd Day Air $22.95
  • FedEx Next Day Air $32.95


The Warehouse asks that you please provide a physical address when placing your order through a FedEx shipping method, FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Orders are typically processed within 24 - 72 hours. Please allow for additional fulfillment time during sales.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend (and non business hours) will be picked up by the shipping provider the following Monday or business day. Shipping delivery estimates can change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other emergencies.

THE WAREHOUSE RETURNS POLICY 

  • -Items purchased at The Warehouse can be returned for a full refund in the store during normal business hours.
  • -Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible for a refund.
  • -Full priced items must be returned within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund.
  • -Sale priced items must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund.
  • -Items purchases on TheWarehouseatCC.com can be returned in store or by visiting TheWarehouseatCC.com/returns.

Extra Items

If your order contains extra items or you received someone else’s order, please call us at (979) 693-4373. 

 

Missing or Damaged Items

If you are missing items from your order, please call us at (979) 693-4373 to speak to someone that can help rectify the situation in a timely manner. Please have your order number available.

 

Returns - Shipping and Handling Costs

When returning merchandise that was purchased online, original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We do provide a return label for orders shipped within the United States. For using this label, we will deduct $4.95 from the credit you will be receiving to cover the shipping costs. If the return is our fault, you will receive a full refund.

 

Pricing & Product Information

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. The Warehouse reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Can I print out my order confirmation?

After you place an order, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order that can be printed on your home computer.  If you don't receive it, please check your spam box before contacting us.  This is a confirmation that the order has been placed.  You will receive an additional email notifying you when it has shipped or is ready for pickup.

 

What is an order confirmation?

The order confirmation page provides you with a complete record of your order, including descriptions, specifications, quantities, and prices for each item ordered. It also includes shipping address(es) and method(s), billing address and payment information.

Remember, the order confirmation page is used for future reference purposes only. It is NOT your receipt.

 

How do I get a receipt of purchase?

The order confirmation page is NOT your receipt. Your receipt (packing slip) will accompany your order unless you have specified an item as a gift. 

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If there is an issue with the order such as errors to the shipping address, incorrect item quantity or the order was placed without a promo code or discount, we may be able to help. Please contact a Sales Associate for help at (979) 693-4373.
